Our mission is to create tailored client solutions which focus on emerging technologies to improve employee retention, increase productivity and activate thoughtful community initiatives.

Our long-term aspiration is to provide job training to underprivileged minority youths, with an emphasis on starting a business, to establish generational wealth. We understand that building an environment which furnishes the tools to teach and inspire future generations to create businesses and gain the knowledge to generate opportunities for themselves, will allow young people in impoverished communities to thrive independently and financially.

2bFocused provides professional resources for business operations and continuity purposes. Our executive team brings over 25 years of experience managing large teams in the IT and Administrative Enterprise environments. Our core competencies are staff augmentation, workforce planning and professional development. Over the last 5 years we have provided proficient resources to support the staffing, training, project management and incumbent takeover needs of our commercial and government clients, to assist with fulfilling their short and long-term service obligations.
