Farrukh Ismail began their career in 2003 as a Developer at AZA (pvt) ltd. In 2006, they joined Ovex Technologies as a Software Developer, where they worked on the Access Pointe Web Site. In 2008, they joined 2Cimple, first as a Director of Operations, then as a Sr. Architect. In this role, they architected several projects and re-architected others to newer technologies like microservices, ECS, Kubernates, mongoDb, Serverless, etc. Farrukh also developed a micro-services architecture over Amazon ECS using DynamoDB and RDS mysql and set up CodeCommit, CodeBuild, Code Deploy and Pipelines for efficient delivery. Farrukh then transitioned to a Staff Engineer role, where they were involved in research of market, competitors, trends and figure out niche areas, as well as a patent. As team lead, they were involved in finalizing specs for each version. Finally, they were a Sr. Software Developer, leading the Fanjingo Platform Event based social network. Farrukh was involved in the project from inception to development.

Farrukh Ismail has an extensive education history. Farrukh obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from PAF - KIET between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Karachi University between 2008 and 2010. Farrukh also has a number of certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance obtained in April 2021, Pega Certified System Architect 8 from Pegasystems obtained in January 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services obtained in May 2018, RHCSA - Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat obtained in November 2008, Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems obtained in September 2006, and MCP - Developing Windows Based Applications using C#.net from Microsoft obtained in December 2004.
