Claudine Rogers

Head Of Customer Care - Consumer at 2degrees

Claudine Rogers has had an extensive work experience, starting in 2005 at AMI Insurance Company as the National Manager of Contact Centres. Claudine then transitioned to Tower Insurance as the Head of Customer Experience before becoming the Head of Sales and Retention. In 2014, they joined 2degrees Mobile as the Head of Customer Care, managing both the Consumer division and the Auckland region. Most recently, in 2023, they joined FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) as the Head of National Advice & Service Centre.

Claudine Rogers attended The University of Waikato from 1991 to 1998 and obtained a Masters Degree in Environmental Chemistry.
