Jasmeet Singh has extensive work experience in technical support and network operations. Jasmeet has worked for various companies in different roles. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Support Representative for Dell. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Technical Support Specialist for authorGEN Technologies. In 2017, they joined Salmat as a Technical Support Specialist for a short period. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist for 2degrees. In 2018, they transitioned to a role as a NOC Support Engineer for the same company. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Managed Network Engineer, and from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a NOC Engineer. Currently, they are the Network Operations Center Team Lead at 2degrees.
Jasmeet Singh completed a Diploma in Information Technology from the National Technology Institute in Auckland from 2015 to 2017. Jasmeet also obtained additional certifications including Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) from Juniper Networks in January 2021 and CCNA from Cisco in April 2019.
