Jody Paddy is a General Manager of Care Experience with over twenty years of leadership in large contact center operations. Currently leading at 2degrees, Jody has previously served as the Head of Contact Centre and Orcon Contact Centre Manager at Vocus Group New Zealand, where they demonstrated success in improving operational performance and fostering inclusive work environments. Jody started as a Trainer at Orcon, focusing on employee development, and has been instrumental in driving change and innovation across various roles. Jody is pursuing dual Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, and Secondary Education and Teaching from Unitec Institute of Technology and Auckland College of Education, respectively.
