Kathryn Waters

Kathryn Waters is a seasoned professional in business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at 2degrees since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn accumulated over a decade of experience at Southern Cross Health Society, where positions included Senior Business Analyst focusing on digitising insurance, Business Analyst for application support, and Service Improvement Analyst, among others. Kathryn began their career at Southern Cross Health Society in 2001, initially working as a Process Improvement Specialist and Contact Centre Consultant. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Chemistry from the University of Otago, earned between 1992 and 1995.
