Mark Prue has extensive experience in customer experience and technical support within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for Business at 2degrees since July 2015. Notable achievements include being recognized as the "Cloud PBX pioneer," leading product and process development for the company's Cloud PBX solution. Mark has held multiple roles at 2degrees, including Business Process Analyst and Voice Delivery Specialist, with a strong focus on delivering broadband and voice solutions to business customers. Prior to 2degrees, Mark worked at Snap from August 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities included providing Tier 2 technical support and training team members. Mark holds a degree from the University of Canterbury and a certificate and diploma in Audio Engineering and Music Production from the Music + Audio Institute of New Zealand.
