Sonal Naidu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery & Engagement at 2Factor since March 2018, Sonal has designed and developed internal products to streamline revenue flow for sales teams and enhanced onboarding processes for new users. Previous roles include Senior Solution Engineer at 2Factor, Senior Web/Android Developer at Tailored Tech, Lead Android Developer at The Home Salon, and Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Notable achievements include leading the development of high-impact applications, employing agile methodologies, and improving user experience through collaboration with design teams and innovative coding practices. Sonal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
