The  organization  provides  a  variety  of  aviation-related  services,  including  fixed-base  operator  (FBO)  services,  charter  airline  operations,  cabin  crew  training,  career  colleges and  universities,  aviation  recruitment  and  ab-initio  career  pilot  training. The  group  emphasis is  ab-initio  training,  with  a  portfolio  of  training  programs  that  cater  to  aspiring  pilots  seeking to  achieve  licenses  issued  either  by  the  American  Federal  Aviation  Administration  (FAA)  or, pan-European  licenses,  issued  by  the  European  Aviation  Safety  Agency  (EASA).

With  leading  flight  academies  on  both  sides  of  the  Atlantic,  2FLY  Group  is  able  to accommodate  industry  demands  while  maintaining  a  progressive  approach  to  identify  and produce  top-notch  graduates  for  airlines.  While  in  training,  students  are  exposed  to  a  variety of  cultures  from  more  than  49  different  countries,  all  with  the  same  goals  and  dreams: to become  professional  pilots.

The  Group  manages  recruitment  offices  throughout  four  continents,  strategically  placed  in areas  to  facilitate  local  demand  and  recruit  future  pilots.  The  Group  prides  itself  on  having a  fleet  of  more  than  65  aircraft  and  an  experienced  management  team,  all  having  aviation backgrounds  with  combined  experience  of  more  than  45,000  flight  hours.  Each  year,  the Group  delivers  more  than  400  flight  tests,  making  its  mark  as  one  of  the  largest  independent leaders  in  career  pilot  training.
