Shobin Radhakrishna

Shobin Radhakrishna has a diverse work experience in the digital industry. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an ERP Consultant for e-Centric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. where they were responsible for planning the implementation of ERP, consulting clients to collect relevant data, and implementing and configuring ERP application as per client requirements. From 2018 to 2023, they worked for Deluxe as a Senior Account Coordinator for Netflix and a QC Specialist for Netflix and Disney+. As Senior Account Coordinator, they were the primary point of contact for Netflix UK and was responsible for building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional client service. As QC Specialist, they were responsible for checking the quality of subtitle files and recommending revisions or changes in subtitle format and content prior to delivery. Currently, they are an Account Manager at 2G Digital.

Shobin Radhakrishna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from JSS Academy Of Technical Education Karnataka between 2010 and 2014.
