Pauline Smith

Pauline Smith is currently the Chief Operating Officer at 2i, where they focus on building a robust HR, Finance, and Resourcing function to support the organization's growth. Previously, they held the position of Director of Operations at 2i from 2019 to 2023 and served as Head of Account Management from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Pauline was the Head of Testing and Implementation Services at National Australia Group from 2014 to 2016, where they managed a large testing team across various functions. Their career began as an Analyst/Programmer at Abbey National from 1994 to 1999. Pauline is also pursuing a BSc in Computer Science at the University of Strathclyde.
