Phil Serle

Phil Serle is an adaptable and driven Test Manager at nFocus Testing with over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They previously held roles at BT, where they led the Acceptance Test phases for the UK's first 5G mobile launch and managed a portfolio of over 30 projects. Prior to that, Phil served as Test Lead and Senior Tester at EE, overseeing critical testing initiatives that enhanced retail operations. Phil’s educational background includes a degree in Business Management and Computing from the University of Gloucestershire.
