Maarit Rötsä

Maarit Rötsä is a Senior Strategy Advisor at 2M-IT Oy, where they currently focus on strategic initiatives. Previously, Maarit worked as a Development Manager at the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) from 2011 to 2022 and served as a Clinical Social Worker at Perhekoti Sydänpuu oy from 2002 to 2003. Maarit has also held positions as a Social Worker in the City of Lahti and a Senior Planning Officer at Itä-Suomen sosiaalialan osaamiskeskus. They earned a Master's degree in Informatics in Social and Health Care and also a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Kuopio, respectively.
