Vít Kovařík has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Vít started their career in the legal department at Cetelem ČR, a.s. in 2006 before transitioning to a marketing assistant role at MASS Training & Media, s.r.o. in 2007. Vít then worked as a marketing and sales coordinator at KOMIX from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for coordinating sales and marketing activities and managing the internal CRM system. Vít later became a marketing and sales specialist at KOMIX, focusing on marketing communication for mid-sized companies in the B2B segment.

In 2013, Vít joined IBM as a marketing manager, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies for specific IBM services, produced marketing campaigns, and led marketing communication with clients. Vít then moved on to Ataccama in 2015, where they worked as a marketing manager responsible for managing marketing activities.

In 2016, Vít joined 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE a.s. as a marketing segment manager, before being promoted to the role of marketing communication director in 2017. Prior to their university education, Vít attended Business Academy Hovorčovická from 2002 to 2006, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during that time.
