Jeff Manning is the co-owner of Second Foundation, a family office based in Raleigh, dedicated to catalyzing movement and improvement globally. With over 30 years of experience in environmental research, management, and policy-making, they have contributed significantly to water quality and climate change initiatives. Jeff previously served as Chief of Classifications, Standards & Rules Review Branch for the NC Division of Water Resources, where they managed numerous programs under the federal Clean Water Act and received the Governor's "Old North State Award." They have also been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures, including a successful Airbnb hosting career. Jeff's educational journey includes a BS in Conservation from North Carolina State University and coursework in Climate Change Management from the Association of Climate Change Officers.
