Kathy Mealy

Kathy Mealy is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of PMO Services at 2ndWave LLC since October 2016, where responsibilities include business development and management of the Project/Program Management practice. Prior roles include North America GTS Liaison at Elavon, Inc., and Analytics and Data Management Practice Principal at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where significant contributions were made in business development for Big Data offerings and IT Program Management for the Department of Homeland Security. Kathy began their career at PwC as an IT Manager and has held various positions in IT and project management across several organizations, including SAIC and Performance Management Consulting. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a Master's Certificate in Project Leadership and Product Design from Cornell University, and an MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, complemented by a BS in Mathematics from the University of Florida.
