Mohamed Ali has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mohamed started their career in 2012 as a Desktop Support Engineer at anziyan Technologys, where they gained expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. In 2013, they joined Lenovo as part of the Manufacturing Operation under the quality department, where they analyzed failure percentages and worked on improving product quality. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at JBK Controls International as a Design & Estimation Engineer, responsible for preparing tender documents, estimating tender prices, and maintaining database records. In 2015, they joined ArrowNet Wireless Solution as a Network Administrator, where they handled the installation, configuration, and management of wired and wireless LAN/WAN networks. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support services. Currently, they are employed as a System Support Engineer at 2P Perfect Presentation. Overall, Mohamed has a diverse skill set in system support, technical support, network administration, and design and estimation engineering.

Mohamed Ali began their education in 2007 at Siaga HR Sec Schools, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Computers. Mohamed then enrolled at Jamal Mohamed College in 2008, where they completed a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Applications. Their education at Jamal Mohamed College lasted from 2008 to 2011.

Afterwards, in 2012, Mohamed Ali joined Bharathidasan University to pursue a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSC IT) degree with a specialization in Informational Technology. Mohamed completed their studies at Bharathidasan University in 2014.

Outside of their formal education, Mohamed Ali also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they received a CCNA certification from Cisco, an MCITP certification from Microsoft, and an MCSA certification, also from Microsoft.
