2PM is a modern HR and operations consulting firm built to help growing companies achieve clarity, accountability, and scalable success.
Formerly Performentor, 2PM represents the evolution of our mission: to create humane, high-performing organizations where people and systems work in harmony.

We partner with founder-led and growth-stage companies to strengthen the operational backbone of their business—through values-aligned HR, strategic talent practices, and streamlined operational frameworks. Our work transforms complexity into clarity so leaders can focus on what matters most: building great companies, developing great people, and achieving sustainable growth.

What We Do:
• Strategic HR — People systems, compliance, performance frameworks, and organizational alignment
• Talent Acquisition — Recruiting solutions designed for quality, speed, and long-term fit
• Operations Consulting — Systems, structure, process design, and accountability architecture
• Leadership Development — Coaching, workshops, and tools that elevate leaders and teams

Our Approach:
Partnership. We believe companies thrive when strategy, people, and operations are aligned. Our team combines management science, real-world experience, and a deeply human lens to create environments where people do their best work—and businesses scale with confidence.

Our Story:
Performentor has officially transitioned into 2PM, with founder Alicia Parr continuing her impact as Chief People & Alignment Officer at Go Forth. Under new President Kate Silva, 2PM is entering its next chapter: expanding our service offerings, elevating operational excellence, and bringing a fresh, modern approach to HR consulting.

We’re here to help businesses run better—through systems that make sense and people practices that actually work.
