2Source Talent (2ST)

Our goal is simple and aligns with yours: 2 source you the best talent and reduce the burden that the process of hiring technical/sales staff puts on your organisation. Aligning our mutual goals and gathering in-depth knowledge enables us to provide the highest value to our clients and candidates.

Partnership = A relationship between individuals or groups that is characterized by mutual cooperation and responsibility, as for the achievement of a specified goal.

At 2ST we feel to really benefit our clients and candidates, we need to work in partnership with them, with each project we are all connected in an interlocking chain and we must all work in partnership to ensure that the goal is achieved for all parties.

In today's “social media” times, clients don’t have as much need for a generalist recruitment partner; with the development of social media, companies are finding it easier to recruit their high volume recruitment directly. What they need from their recruitment partners are niche players, recruiters who know their markets who can source the best talent within that market in the quickest time.

We source for our clients the best talent within the IT/Telecoms industry, be it a sales person, technical or operational candidates.

For our candidates, our commitment is to find you the best role/opportunity/positions to help you achieve your career goals.
