Justin Smith

Justin Smith has extensive experience in student engagement, admissions management, and logistics coordination. Currently serving as the Student Engagement Manager at 2U, Justin leads the online Doctor of Education program for USC Rossier School of Education. Previously, Justin held various roles at 2U, including Admission Manager for both the Master of Education and Doctor of Education programs at Vanderbilt Peabody College, along with senior graduate admissions counseling for Simmons University's online Master of Social Work. Justin began a logistics career at Manifest as a Logistics Coordinator and has also worked in event coordination, sales, and corporate concierge roles, showcasing a strong commitment to customer service and operational efficiency. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida International University.
