Jason L. is the Chief Executive Officer of 2ULaundry, a role held since 2024. From 2015 to 2019, they held multiple roles at FreshDirect, including Co-Founder & Chief Merchant, then GM - Foodkick/FreshDirect Express; VP / Head Merchant, B2B and Office; Manager, Ecommerce Merchandising; Pricing Analyst; Sr. Director, New Business Initiatives; and Director, Prepared Foods Merchandising. From 2021 to 2024, they served as President & COO of Favor Delivery, which is H-E-B's wholly owned last-mile delivery and marketplace business, and they led roughly 300 team members across Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Sales, and Support. Earlier in their career, they worked as Chef & Line Cook at Aureole, Lespinasse, Bobby Van's, and Private Catering (2001-2004). They are pursuing a BA in Philosophy at Brown University and an MBA at The Wharton School.
