Rachel Dill

Rachel Dill has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rachel currently serves as a Microsoft Channel Partner Manager at 2W Technologies, INC, starting in March 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel was self-employed and held the positions of a Microsoft Licensing Specialist & AE and a Graphic Artist from January 2022 to March 2022.

Rachel also worked at RBA, Inc. as a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Licensing Specialist from June 2020 to January 2022. During their time there, they focused on strategy, design, and technology.

Before that, Rachel had a long tenure at Microsoft, where they held various roles. From October 2017 to June 2020, they served as a Public Sector Account Executive for Canada, and from November 2010 to October 2017, they were a Global Inside Account Manager. In these roles, Rachel successfully managed customer accounts, developed relationships, and generated sales opportunities.

Rachel also worked as a Software Asset Management Advisor for the US Public Sector from October 2009 to October 2010. Additionally, they served as a Tele-Partner Account Manager and provided support desk services from September 2007 to September 2009. In this role, Rachel assisted partners with business planning, relationship management, and technical enablement.

Rachel also received a Certificate of Completion in Commercial Art / Graphic Design from Bismarck State College. Furthermore, Rachel studied Computer Science and Landscape Architecture at North Dakota State University. In addition to their formal education, Rachel obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in December 2019.
