John Lynch is the current Director of Strategy at 3 Monkeys. John has over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and brand strategy. John has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, including Volvo, Gillette, and P&G. Prior to joining 3 Monkeys, John was the Group Planning Director at TBWA\Chiat\Day, where they were responsible for the brand strategy on Michelin, Bank of New York Mellon, Car2Go, Brancott Estate, and Kenwood Wines. Before that, John was the New Business Strategy Director at Great State, where they led successful marketing and new business strategy for one of the UK’s new breed of brand technology agencies. John has also co-founded and launched a crowd sourced, social networking site that facilitates face-to-face meetings to encourage collaborative professional development.

John Lynch's educational career includes completing a MBA at the University of Technology Sydney in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in John'story and Politics from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. John is currently enrolled in a program at Harvard Business School called "Reimagining Strategy."

John Lynch reports to Jo Patterson, Managing Director. John Lynch works with Rebecca Wagstaffe - Head of Business Development & Marketing, Europe, Robert Stone - Director, Digital Strategy & Innovation, and Avril Lee - Head, Healthcare UK & Europe.
