For the last 20 years, 3 Simple Rules has been applying and customising behavioural science to business change. We help people leverage the power of the Behavioural Insight: What you currently expect people to do versus what the science says you should expect people to do. The result? A proven ability to stimulate the organic, high-value and long-term transformation in the culture of a business, by creating the environment in which change can succeed.

3 Simple Rules – simply, effectively and scientifically bringing about lasting, positive change through Behavioural Insight:

Creating a positive environment for change
Identifying and training the key people who will make change happen
Using these people as catalysts, encouraging others to embrace change
Giving you a scientific grasp of what your people can achieve
Providing excellent return on investment, typically more than 20:1

Stripping away untested theories and focusing on simple initiatives that have been proven to work, 3 Simple Rules has eliminated the intricate complexity and exorbitant costs usually associated with change initiatives. It has also developed a technology-based tracking system, so that you have real, hard data to follow how the culture is changing in your organisation.

3 Simple Rules has an extensive portfolio of projects in which Behavioural Insight has been successfully used to produce change – reducing costs, improving performance and boosting the bottom line.
