3 Streams Institute is a ministry of Wellspring Church in Englewood, Colorado. Our vision is to equip and send out the next generation of leaders into the church in North America. Through our unique four-year curriculum, we prepare cohorts of interns, apprentices, and residents to serve and lead the church as individuals who are rooted in the gospel, alive in the Spirit, and formed by the liturgy. We believe these three streams, working together in a healthy formational community, unlock the ministry potential of budding leaders.
