3000 Years is a female founded, independent music publishing company based in London.

We are on a mission to find, foster and develop creative talent from around the world.

Alongside our global ambitions we are proactive in every element of the work of a publisher - listening to artists and songwriters to offer support in whatever way serves them best and enables them to explore, play, be fearless and open, operate locally within their community and globally to the world.

It’s not just about making records, it’s about helping our writers create music that has meaning and purpose, that works for now and for the future.

"Women never have young minds, they are born 3000 years old." - Shelagh Delaney
