Gladies Orobmi is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in development and livelihood programming. Since January 2010, Gladies has served as Director of Development at 31 Bits Design Gulu, while also holding the position of Livelihood Programming Manager at 31 Bits since March 2009. Responsibilities include the recruitment of new beneficiaries, planning and programming, monitoring and evaluation, providing psychological support and mentorship, supervising business managers, and coordinating activities related to livelihood issues. Gladies also engages in conflict management, conducts home visits, facilitates psychosocial and public health training, and organizes various community events. Gladies holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Gulu University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
