312 Baseball Lab is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to empower young student-athletes from the south side neighborhoods by breaking down the financial barriers that often stand in their way. For many of these students, such obstacles limit access to vital opportunities that foster personal growth, academic achievement, and long-term athletic success.

We are dedicated to ensuring that every student-athlete has the chance to thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances.
