312 School is an applied AI research lab studying how agentic AI restructures enterprise work — and training the professionals who implement it.

We started as a DevOps bootcamp, placing engineers at Toyota, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, the New York Times, Zoom, Mastercard, Citi, Marriott, and hundreds of other companies across the US. That track record taught us something: the people who succeed aren't the ones with the most experience — they're the ones who learn the right things at the right time.

Right now, the right thing is agentic AI.

Today we run two programs:

→ AI-Augmented Platform Engineering — our final intensive bootcamp, teaching cloud infrastructure and DevOps AI-native from day one. go.312school.com

→ Agentic AI for DevOps & Platform Engineering — an ongoing research membership for working engineers. We co-build blueprints on how Claude agents replace legacy tooling and manual workflows in real enterprise environments. agentic.312school.com

Our research members work at companies across the US and use Claude Code, MCP servers, and the Claude API daily to build production agentic workflows.
