312 School is an applied AI research lab studying how agentic AI restructures enterprise work — and training the professionals who implement it.

We started as a DevOps bootcamp, placing engineers at Toyota, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One, the New York Times, Zoom, Mastercard, Citi, Marriott, and hundreds of other companies across the US. That track record taught us something: the people who succeed aren't the ones with the most experience — they're the ones who learn the right things at the right time.

Right now, the right thing is agentic AI.
