Amrit Palaria, Ph.D., has been serving as the Director of Interoperability Products and Services at 314e Corporation since June 2017, following a role as Senior Manager of Data Integration and Interoperability. During tenure at 314e, Amrit laid the groundwork for all FHIR-related activities, overseeing the development of EHR data mappings, conversion code, and an application for viewing FHIR data, known as Muspell Archive. Additionally, Amrit created a training program for new employees on FHIR, HL7v2, and C-CDA standards. Prior experience includes working as an Interface Architect at Avaap from 2015 to 2017. Amrit holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, completed between 2005 and 2010.
