Barry Shapiro

Barry Shapiro is an experienced business consultant currently serving as the IT Budget Director for NYC Health & Hospitals at 314e Corporation since 2016, where engagement includes managing a $190 million grant under New York State’s Capital Restructuring Financing Program.
