Bill Galvin

Bill Galvin is currently the CEO Designate at 3173 since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bill served as the Group CEO at Universities Superannuation Scheme from August 2013 to September 2023. His previous experience includes being a Non Executive Director at Solicitors Regulation Authority in the Legal Services Regulation sector. Bill also held positions as a CEO and Executive Director at The Pensions Regulator, as well as serving as a Non Executive Director at The Pensions Advisory Service. His background includes roles in Market Management, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at IBM, and he holds an MBA in Business and Finance from The University of Manchester.
