Kelly James

Kelly James is an experienced professional in proposal management and tender processes, currently serving as a Tender Executive at 3173 since June 2018. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Proposals Co-ordinator at Carillion from October 2007 to January 2018, and worked as a Publishing Assistant at Sharp Business Systems UK Plc between May 2005 and September 2007. Kelly began a career in publishing as a Desk Top Editor at Auto Trader from October 2001 to December 2003. Kelly holds a BA (Hons) in Design Studies from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1996 and 1999, alongside secondary education at The Maelor School in Penley.
