Amy Chen

Amy Chen is an experienced technical designer with a diverse background in the fashion industry. Currently working at 32 Degrees since July 2020, Amy specializes in measuring garments, running fittings, and managing sample approvals for a large volume wholesale brand. Previously, Amy served as an assistant technical designer at G-III Apparel Group, where daily communication with overseas vendors and scheduling fittings were key responsibilities. Additionally, at Colette Malouf, Inc., Amy excelled in technical design and product development, managing workflow and creating line sheets and tech packs for various products. Early career roles included design assistant positions at Worth & Worth and Hunter College, where skills in construction, organization, and pattern drafting were developed. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Hunter College and has further training from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
