320 Guest Ranch is a historical Montana guest ranch founded in 1898. Situated between Big Sky Ski Resort and the West Yellowstone Park Entrance. Sitting on more than 320 acres of pristine Montana land, surrounded by the Gallatin National Forest. 
The 320 Ranch is every outdoor enthusiasts dream come true! We host activities such as trail rides, fly fishing lessons, chuckwagon BBQs, appetizer sleigh rides and more! We are always looking for enthusiastic employees that have an adventurous side in them.
