James England has worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for 321Forms by Dynamic Screening Solutions (DSS) since August 2007. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Web Programmer for Dynamic Screening Solutions from August 2007 to May 2009. James also has experience as a Contractor in Freelance Web Development from 2013 to August 2018.

James England attended Utah State University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics.
