Ankit Wanchoo has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Ankit currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at 32nd since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OYO from 2017 to 2023, where they held various roles including Vice President & Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and Head of Leadership Hiring. Ankit also founded the Neikee Foundation in 2016 and served as its Founder until 2017. Before that, they worked at RGF Professional Recruitment as the Vice President of Management Search from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Ankit has previous experience as a Partner at Corporate Connections & Crossroads, where they worked from 2001 to 2006. Ankit started their career at Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry International Company, in 2006 as a Managing Consultant, specializing in global industrial markets.
Ankit Wanchoo studied at Delhi Public School, Mathura Road from 1984 to 1997. Ankit then enrolled at Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University from 1997 to 2000, but did not complete their Bachelor of Arts in History.
