Dhruv Sharma

Dhruv Sharma is currently the Managing Director at 32nd, where they are responsible for developing and managing the company's real estate portfolio across Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Goa. Dhruv has brought notable brands such as MG Motors, WeWork, and various retail brands to the developments. Additionally, 32nd Village in Gurgaon recently won the Times Food Award for Best Entertainment and Food & Beverage Hub in Delhi NCR. Prior to this, Dhruv Sharma founded GuestHouser, India's largest portal for discovering, booking, and listing unique vacation rentals and holiday homes. During their time at GuestHouser, they focused on building the company's supply and product, and successfully doubled demand every quarter in the last six months.

Dhruv Sharma attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2009 to 2013. Dhruv earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, and Hospitality.
