Sanjeev P.

Sanjeev P. has a strong background in talent acquisition and executive search consulting. Sanjeev is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at 32nd since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Engagement Manager- CXO/Senior Leadership TA at FIDIUS Advisory from March 2021 to March 2023. Sanjeev also gained experience as a Recruiter- Leadership Hiring at Hotstar from September 2020 to December 2020. Before that, they served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Cognitive Talent Partners LLP from January 2019 to September 2020. Sanjeev also worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Positive Moves from February 2014 to January 2019.

Sanjeev P. completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social and Public Policy from the University of Leeds in 2012, which they pursued on a Commonwealth Scholarship. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Jadavpur University.
