Vikram Khatri is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As of December 2023, Vikram serves as the Culinary Director at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Vikram was the Business Head and Executive Chef for OLIVE BAR AND KITCHEN PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2007 to December 2021, overseeing operations at Guppy, Poke Bar @Guppy, and Hello Guppy. Currently, Vikram is also a Chef & Co-Partner at Kioki, a role that began in August 2024, focusing on concepts, menu planning, hiring, team development and training, as well as financial and strategic planning.
