Eric Weber

Eric has earned both a Bachelor of Accountancy as well as a Master of Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Shortly after earning his Master’s degree, Eric became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his Real Estate Brokerage License for the State of Illinois. Eric began his career in real estate as a Senior Associate providing assurance and business advisory services for the real estate team for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). He brought his solutions-oriented methodology to analyzing complex financing and structuring transactions, providing detailed accountancy for a variety of transactions including real estate valuations and the acquisitions and deposition of real estate portfolios. After working diligently at PwC for four years, Eric expanded the scope of his career to corporate finance with FTI Consulting, Inc. Here he specialized in turnaround and financial restructuring, including advising a multinational real estate lender in a funding dispute and developed and delivered business strategies resulting in debt recovery enhancement. Over his 10-year span in corporate America, Eric developed a vast network of real estate investors who sought returns that required minimum involvement. With an eager investor base and a desire to pivot from the corporate world, Eric joined Drew as co-owner of 33. Eric united 33's various practice lines to execute an integrated services strategy. During that time, he spearheaded business development efforts to expand the client base. In 2016, and as part of the company's expansion of its integrated services model, Eric establish Cubed Construction. Cubed provides construction solutions for high volume at a low cost including residential renovations and business build-outs. Eric currently serves as a Principal of 33 Realty/33 Management and founder of Cubed Construction. Eric oversees the day-to-day operations of Cubed and maintains executive level responsibilities over the 33 family of companies. He is passionate about real estate investment, and invested in all of the people who make 33 and Cubed unparalleled real estate companies.
