Randall Williams

Randall began his career when he was offered a job in the IT department of a large insurance company. That position led to a job as a network administrator in legal technology, and ultimately to the Director of IT. He came on board with 3545 Consulting in 2014, bringing with him the understanding of what technology challenges law firms face. In 2019 he became a partner with the group, and continues in striving to meet the needs of the clients and finding solutions that work for the clients.

As a partner in the Engineering Department of 3545, Randall can wear many hats on any given day. He helps oversee team members responsible for managed services for clients. Alongside his team members he helps identify new and existing technical challenges that may arise with the managed service and conversion projects for clients and formulating solutions. In addition to that, he is also responsible for the company’s own infrastructure making sure all associates and staff have the technology they require to provide better service to 3545 clients. Randall also serves as a cyber security advisor, working with clients to ensure client confidentiality and protect their data.
