Scott McEntee has extensive experience in project management, particularly in construction. Scott served as President & CEO at 35 North and previously worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Prior to their civilian career, Scott was a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Vermont Technical College.
