Tri Tran is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in major cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Raleigh, NC. Currently serving as the Senior Estimating Manager at 35 North, Tri has previously held significant roles, including Preconstruction Project Executive at Samet Corporation and Director of Budget and Estimating at Northwell Health. Tri possesses a strong background in project delivery for complex multi-million dollar projects, and is proficient in LEED and Green Building standards. They have also shared their knowledge as a Visiting Professor at Pratt Institute, focusing on value engineering and estimating. Tri holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
