3sb is a software studio founded to make building new technology more approachable, intentional, and accessible for teams that care deeply about what they’re creating.

We didn’t set out to be a traditional dev shop. That model often prioritizes speed and volume at the expense of quality, alignment, and long-term outcomes. After experiencing those tradeoffs firsthand, both as builders and as clients, we chose a different path.

Today, 3sb operates as a software studio by design. We take a limited number of partners at any given time, consolidate around a focused team, and only onboard work when everyone involved shares a clear, documented understanding of the goals. That includes the ability to read, write, and illustrate what success looks like before a single line of code is written.

Our process is built to protect quality, accountability, and trust. We believe the best work happens when teams are aligned, incentives are clear, and commitments are taken seriously.
