360 Accelerator believes in the power of relationships to ensure school leaders are equipped to do their best work. 360 Accelerator is a nonprofit organization that brings education leaders together in regional communities of practice to share, reflect, and support one another to improve student learning.

Too often, school leaders report feeling isolated or overwhelmed by the scope and complexity of their job responsibilities, and without the connections, resources, or support to keep them going strong.

We believe in...

The power of relationships. Networks of committed and trusting peer relationships create avenues for greater capacity, stronger collective impact, and higher quality results on behalf of students.

Putting people first. Schools, organizations, and districts are only as good as the people who lead them. We believe in the unique potential of each individual.

Diverse leadership that promotes equity by ensuring students from different backgrounds find a place for themselves within high-quality public schools, and with teachers and leaders who care for them.

Traditional and charter public school leaders working as one to explore how to provide students the best possible education, and create an aligned and whole public school system.
