360 Accelerator believes in the power of relationships to ensure school leaders are equipped to do their best work. 360 Accelerator is a nonprofit organization that brings education leaders together in regional communities of practice to share, reflect, and support one another to improve student learning. 

Too often, school leaders report feeling isolated or overwhelmed by the scope and complexity of their job responsibilities, and without the connections, resources, or support to keep them going strong.
