Ryan Winkler

Ryan Winkler has over 8 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2012, they began their career at Connextions as a Technical Support Analyst, where they provided tier 1 support to over 3000+ end users for various networking, telephony, software and hardware issues. In 2014, they joined UnitedHealth Group as an Information Security Analyst, where they developed policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. Ryan also served as a Sr. IT Support Analyst - Tier III, where they performed lead functions including training, assigning and monitoring work, and attendance tracking. In 2015, they joined 360 Advanced, Inc. as a Practice Director, where they facilitated relationships with client personnel and prospective clients. Ryan also performed practice coordination and oversight, ensured practice and personnel development, and managed growth. Ryan was also responsible for informing prospective clients of offerings and services, and crafting custom assessment strategies. Additionally, they served as an Associate Director and Practice Manager, where they scoped, planned, executed, and managed projects related to service offerings. Ryan also managed multiple projects in varying stages through completion and issuance of final deliverables, and developed and maintained strong client relationships with client personnel and prospective clients. Finally, they served as a Senior Associate and Associate Auditor.

Ryan Winkler obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Technology from Seminole State College of Florida between 2013 and 2015. Ryan also earned an Associate in Arts in General Education from Eastern Florida State College from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer from PECB in May 2019, (PCI QSA) Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor from PCI Security Standards Council in September 2017, Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in July 2017, (CCSFP) HITRUST Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner from HITRUST Alliance LLC in June 2016, HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP) from (ISC)² in February 2016, GDPR Certified Data Protection Officer from PECB in December 2018, PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) from PCI Security Standards Council in September 2017, and CMMC Registered Practitioner from Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB).
