We are one of the largest and most successful NHS-based audit consortia in England. We are a nationally recognised provider of high quality independent audit, counter fraud, clinical audit and assurance services. As a shared service, we are hosted by University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust and governed by a consortium Management Board made up of representation from our core clients; this currently includes 36 organisations from across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, South Humber and Coventry and Warwickshire regions. Whilst the NHS is our primary customer, we have a portfolio which includes a wide range of public and private sector organisations.
