Randi Hardiman

Randi Hardiman has almost 15 years of experience in the mystery shop world, she has a strong understanding of what the clients are looking for and how to best deliver that information to them. She graduated from Newbury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications, and a Minor in English. She is responsible for hiring, training, managing the operations team, and providing high-quality and timely execution for clients’ programs.
