Driving, guiding and building performance in the workplace. We’ve been doing what we do for over 20 years and are still driven by the same sense of purpose we had when we first started. We fundamentally want to make a difference with every learning and development solution we offer. This means a high level of tailoring and a commitment to developing evolving content that really resonates with your learners. You’re unique … so what we deliver has to be unique! 360 has over 20 years of experience working with a wide range of organisations from start-ups to blue chips. We have exceptionally high client retention rates as we form lasting partnerships, committed to helping our clients address their ever evolving learning and development needs. Our team of development specialists are all carefully selected for their knowledge, abilities and experience in the learning and development world. We insist they are all still actively involved in the commercial world, bringing real life experience, not just academic theories to the table. The focus at 360 has always been on providing practical and ready-to-go solutions to the real-life challenges and situations your team members face. We help shape mindsets and give your people the skills that make a tangible difference to organisational performance.
